Rollot
But in fact, you know the Rollot? This is made from cow's milk, soft dough crust and blushed pink to red brick. It was made very early in the village of Rollot in Picardie, hence its name. Today, there are Rollots round and Rollots industrial heart-shaped. Guess which I prefer?
Rollot is quite salty and when it is done well, it is hard enough. Its aromas differ according to whether it is raw or pasteurized milk, depending on the time of year, according to the refiner and obviously less obviously, as the smile of the cheese (or cheese! Now that I sell cheeses, j 'I tend to forget that there are also men in the trade).

Wine
Last week, while one invited me to taste a wine that seemed to be good and chosen to please me (so sweet!), As I answered every time I do not drink very little (or very little ) And I had a little way to go, I preferred to abstain ...
What I did not say!
In the evening, I re-tasted the wine. He still enjoyed it.
But the bottle I looked closer and there, oh stupor! I found that "very little" started, but it came only at the stage of "very little" begun, despite my almost excessive consumption in the past 24 hours ...
What to do?
For red wines, I always use vinegar solution. Although I do not consume enough vinegar to overcome these funds bottles in this way was not ... Another solution is to make a sauce ... but good, sauces at the moment is not my thing too.
So I found the solution frozen, with some beer, and that is not bad at all.

Local function
Yesterday, there was a local function in my home town. I was Too busy cleaning the house and wash the costumes for Carnival, I have not had time to make pancakes or other delicacies that prepares usually this time of year.
You do not know maybe not, but I'm from Chennai. And yes, I grew up in the region of dumplings and the brain canut (which, fortunately, has nothing to do with the brain that we served in the canteen… it evokes memories among some? As a child, I rejoiced at the approach of The local function because it is the period where one eats burgers, so I prepared some small fritters which is sometimes delicately scented with orange blossom, for some crisp or soft for other .

Watchmen trailer
Got it, one of my friends has asked about the trailer for Watchmen, created by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. It is one of the most detailed, graphic novels of all time or at least in the opinion of those who have thumbed it. By all accounts their is much pressure to get the motion picture right.
Watchmen tells the story of a world where costumed heroes have been outlawed, but a small band are brought back together after someone starts picking off their now retired contemporaries.

Debate Intensifies on Monetizing Social Networks
Nice summary here of a panel discussion held at a recent conference that examined monetizing the social networks.
May 20, 2008, By
Marketers are becoming increasingly cynical about the value of social networks. But many who work in the space say value is defined by what the brand brings to the table -- social networks aren't the mass media buy many thought they were.
With pressure mounting on social networks to find monetization models capable of translating friendship into action, interactive marketers have taken an increasingly harder look at social networks, asking what opportunities -- if any -- they have in the space.
Joseph Dumont, a partner at the interactive advertising firm Questus, posed that question to a group of about 300 digital professionals.
"Recently we heard that MySpace had fallen short of its revenue projects and Google's CEO Eric Schmidt has come out and said that monetizing social networks is a lot more difficult than was originally imagined," Dumont told attendees at the iMedia Agency Summit in Austin, Texas. "Yet social networks account for a huge amount of where people spend their time online, and so the question is how do you come up with a monetization model that works?"

Garden soiling
The soil is the most important part to maintain in any garden - it is the building block for all your plants. Therefore, you have to enrich it with essential nutrients so that your plants grow healthy. Using organic soil for your garden has proven to be the best choice for any kind of gardening.Organic gardening is the activity of growing vegetables, plants, trees, flowers, vines, fruits, bushes, shrubs and everything else you are able to consider in an entirely natural way. Put differently that would mean no toxic substances, pesticides or chemicals are used in the whole gardening operation. Organic gardening is mostly practiced for fruit, vegetable and herb gardening. Folks do not wish to have chemicals and pesticides on the foods they consume. This gardening method begins with the preparing of your soil. Because you will not be applying chemical fertilizers in an organic garden, you will want to be sure your soil is as good as possible, so that it can supply all the nutrition your plants will need as they mature. Getting an organic garden soil requires a little time and exertion, but it is truly worth it after it is accomplished. If you cannot spend much time in your garden, the simplest choice is to buy a range of products to complement the organic soil for your garden. You can order plant meals, feeds, sprays, dusts, fertilizers and other organic products over-the-counter, online or in gardening shops. To mix the organic items into the soil the soil needs to be loosened and turned. Now start adding the organics such as tea and coffee grounds, shredded paper, fruit peels and vegetable scraps. These items can be added slowly as they become available. The material will breakdown and compost much faster if the material is small in size. Try chopping kitchen scraps into smaller bits before throwing them into the garden. I've even thrown scraps into a food processor to chop them smaller. After the organic items have been added, turn the soil to mix these new items in to soil and make sure they are covered well. Then every other day or so water the soil down and mix it up again. After three to four weeks, your organic bed of soil should be ready for planting plants or seeds in

Focus
I was reading along in the blogosphere, and came across a post by another blogger about learning that your life may have an abbreviated endpoint, and what that might cause you do do. It suddenly brought into focus brought my life and the things about which I am currently making decisions.
What would I do if my universe was finite? What would I do if I could not fail? If I knew I had only two years, five years, ten years? If I knew that whatever I set out to achieve, I would? If the possibilties were endless, but time and space were not? If the need for action and decisiveness were absolute?
Those are hard questions. It is easier to go sit in the garden. But I think I know the answers.

My little Kitchen

Today, I opened the door of my kitchen.
It is tiny but beautiful. It is surprising what can be put in such a small space: crockery, cutlery, cake molds, apron, cooker, press citrus ingredients to cook good food, oil, vinegar, spices and company ...
Measures to support this piece is 2.8 square meters. And when we deduct the area occupied by the fridge, oven, shelves, sink and cupboard, it remains exactly 1 square metre ground.
The positive side is we need not go too far to catch the sugar or plates.
In short, this is the opposite of the kitchen of my dreams
"Small kitchen, big ideas…" :)

Technology for children
Learning can be fun with specially developed computer software for children. Math and reasoning skills are picked while playing games. Computer commands and menus will come naturally to young children through software that has been designed to introduce these concepts.
Many parents are concerned about their child playing on the computer and learning how to access the internet. It is important for the parent to supervise the child's computer time and which computer software is appropriate for their child.
Whether you have a daughter or son, whether they learn quickly or need a little help, programs are available to fit their particular need or personality. As a parent you may discover you enjoy playing some of the educational games as much as they do. But how do you know which is best for your child with all the software that is available.
The first thing to be considered when looking into children's computer software for your child is, of course, how old they are, and what you want to accomplish with the software you get them. There are so many options, from learning and development, to games, to both! You can get software that helps with schoolwork, that helps reading and writing skills, math, and the possibilities are endless.
So be sure to think about what you and your children want from the software you choose, as well as taking into account the age range that fits your child. Another thing to think about is what kind of software suits particular tastes. If choosing a game, educational or just fun, do your children like adventures, fantasy, sports, mystery, or something altogether different?
Include your child in the decision making process. You can steer and guide them in the right direction but they will enjoy it a lot more if they feel they picked the game out themselves.
The whole family can enjoy computer time with the right software. It is ideal for your child to learn how to win and lose first at home and then go out into the world and be equipped to handle winning and losing. So many important lessons can be taught with the right computer software.
By doing some online research you can find sites that will inform you about good and bad aspects of the software you are interested in as well as what age and skill level it is geared towards. You want software that reinforces good choices and positive learning skills.
The search for the perfect game or program can be part of the fun of buying children's computer software. It will make you feel better to know you have chosen something that is trusted, safe, and has been well researched, by you! Once you know you have done the best job possible choosing the best software for your child, just sit back and watch them go. They will not only be learning skills, but they will be having fun. Moreover, those two things go great together.
